Mike Conway will race for Super Nova in this year's GP2 Series after signing for the squad
British driver Conway, 23, confirmed the deal at the Autosport International show in Birmingham, after having tested for the team, and others, in the final months of 2006 at both Valencia and Paul Ricard.
Conway said: "I'm very happy to have my deal secured for this season and I can now concentrate on preparing myself for this new challenge.
"Super Nova are a successful GP2 outfit with the experience and resources to compete for podiums and wins. I was very comfortable working with them at the Valencia test last year and gelled easily with the team, so I'm looking forward to the year ahead."
"My goal is obviously to win races and my ultimate aim is to contend for the championship title. But it's a very strong field of drivers that I'll be up against, so it'll be a tough task.
Conway had a superb 2006 winning both the British Formula Three Championship and the end-of-season Macau Grand Prix with the Double R squad co-owned by Ferrari Formula One star Kimi Raikkonen.
He also made his GP2 debut with a one-off appearance for the then DPR-Direxiv team at Silverstone last season.
His next test will come at Paul Ricard on February 21.
