DREYER & REINBOLD RACING EXCITED ABOUT ANNOUNCEMENT OF IZOD INDYCAR SERIES 2011 SCHEDULE

11 Sep 2010

Indianapolis, Ind. (September 10, 2010)  The announcement of the 2011 IZOD IndyCar Series schedule not only continues to offer a diverse and challenging championship to its competitors but it also sparks new excitement and opportunities for series participants like Dreyer & Reinbold Racing.

As DRR grows, the addition of three courses, two traditional venues in Milwaukee and New Hampshire and a new downtown event in Baltimore will not only help to boost the team's commercial initiatives, but enhance the competitive side as well. The 2011 IZOD IndyCar Series schedule features eight ovals and nine street/road courses.

"DRR is happy with the 2011 schedule. Our sponsors and team are looking forward to the diverse group of tracks and street courses, and especially the new additions for next year. A great step for the IZOD IndyCar Series," commented Robbie Buhl, DRR co-owner.

Feeling the same sentiments as Buhl is Dennis Reinbold. "We're excited about the 2011 IZOD IndyCar Series schedule. The addition of Baltimore is especially exciting, going to a large city in the northeast where we'll race on a new street course. Hats off to Randy Bernard and his staff at the League for a great combination of ovals, street and road courses," stated Reinbold, DRR co-owner.

As released by the IZOD IndyCar Series earlier today:

Highlights of the 2011 schedule:

? The season opener will be contested March 27 on the temporary street course in St. Petersburg, Fla., as the series opens in the U.S. for the first time since 2009.
